Join Gina Forster MS, RDN, LD, Assistant Director of Nutrition for Student Life Dining Services at Ohio State, to learn positive ways to achieve balance in a world filled with controversial and confusing media messages about food and diet. Gina’s philosophy is that “all foods fit”, and she’s excited to help nudge you towards achieving food freedom while also achieving your physical wellness goals.
