Please join us for this four session Pranayama Series! This program introduces and deepens your practice of breath control in yoga. Suitable for all levels, each session covers different techniques: basic practices like deep belly breathing and victorious breath, energizing techniques such as skull shining breath and bellows breath, calming methods including alternate nostril breathing and cooling breath, and strategies for integrating breath work into daily life. You will explore how these practices enhance oxygenation, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and promote emotional balance.

Breath work is crucial for regulating the autonomic nervous system, balancing stress responses, and fostering overall well-being. It impacts our physical health by improving lung function and detoxification, mental health by enhancing focus and mindfulness, and emotional health by promoting calm and stability.
