Progressing Your Exercise Routine

Join OSU health coach Adam Roberts for this four week series. We will discuss different ideas to help you progress your workout program. Learn about ways to adjust your exercise plan to get the most out of your results long term.

This is a four session series on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM starting on 9/13/2024 and ending on 10/04/2024. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (9/13, 9/20, 9/27 & 10/4) when you register for the first session.
