Rebuilding Our Relationship With Food

Join health coaches Jessica Hernandez and Amanda Fox to learn more about how feelings and food interact. In this four week series, participants will explore the gut-brain connection, how food impacts our mental and emotional well-being, and how our emotions can impact our appetite and cravings. Participants will learn and discuss changes they can make in the areas of nutrition and stress-management that can help regulate emotional eating.
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12 PM to 12:30 PM starting on 1/27/22 and ending on 2/17/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/27, 2/3, 2/10 & 2/17) when you register for the first session.
