Join health coach Lindsay Atwood in this fun series that helps you find new creative recipes for this holiday season and into winter. She will also talk about what a healthy recipe looks like and leave you with plenty of resources to jumpstart your winter cooking plan.
This is a four session series on Mondays and Fridays from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM starting on 12/6/2021 and ending on 12/17/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (12/6, 12/10, 12/13 & 12/17) when you register for the first session.
