Reflect & Relax Sessions

Join Health Coach Amanda Fox every other week for a virtual group relaxation break! Each session will include a guided relaxation exercise where you can learn and practice skills that help manage stress. Following each exercise, you’ll have a chance to ask questions about relaxation and discuss as a group how we can fit regular relaxation into our daily lives.
Participants interested in this regularly scheduled session can sign up for as many sessions as they like. You must register for each session you’d like to attend separately.
