Relax To Recharge

Interested in learning how to practice different relaxation skills such as mindfulness meditation, guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation? These techniques are a quick and easy way to relax for a few minutes each day. Join Health Coach Amanda to learn the basics of four techniques and a chance to practice during the series.

This is a four session series meeting on Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on May 5, 2020 and ending on May 26, 2020.  You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (5/5, 5/12, 5/19 & 5/26) when you register for the first session.
