Join Health Coach Greg for this 4 week group health coaching series on relaxation techniques. This will be an experiential group in that we will spend most of our time together practicing different relaxation skills. Each week will have a different focus and we will practice with mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation and several other unique stress busting methods. The practice will be introductory in nature but folks of all expertise levels will be welcome to join us for the opportunity to recharge during their busy workday.
