To celebrate National Hospital Week and the tremendous work to care for others, we are providing opportunities to honor the importance of self-care.  All are welcome to join our OSU Health Coach Lindsay for a relaxing breathing session to learn quick and simple techniques to calm your mind and soul when you need it most.
