Join Health Coaches Adam and Sarah for a strength training session using light resistance bands! Learn new ways to switch up your routine as well as modifications to make the exercises easier or more difficult. Resistance bands will be provided. Register for the first session on LinkToHealth and it will automatically register you for all of the sessions.
