Take a mindful break from stress and boost your mental well-being with Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga: gentle, beginner-friendly classes led by Geetha Sampathkumar (RYT 500, Certified Meditation Teacher, Brain Longevity Specialist).
Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Check the YP4H Calendar for additional sessions!
Details:
- All levels welcome; no prior experience needed
- First-time participants must complete an emergency contact health waiver
- No registration required for subsequent sessions
- Move at your own pace, keep your video off if preferred, and drop in as your schedule allows
