Road To Relaxation

Taking time each day to relax can help us maintain our energy and focus. Join Health Coach Amanda for a 6-week series where you will learn about and try a variety of relaxation exercises, such as deep breathing, visualization, meditation, and more. Whether you’re new to relaxation exercises or a previous participant in the series, this Monday afternoon group will be a great way to take a break and center your mind for the week ahead.
This is a six session series on Mondays from 12 PM to 12:30 PM starting on 10/5/2020 and ending on 11/9/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all six sessions (10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2 & 11/9) when you register for the first session.
