Road To Relaxation

Taking time each day to relax can help us maintain our energy and focus. Join Health Coach Amanda for a 6-week series where you will learn about and try a variety of relaxation exercises, such as deep breathing, visualization, meditation, and more. Whether you’re new to relaxation exercises or a previous participant in the series, this Wednesday afternoon group will be a great way to take a break and center your mind mid-week!
This is a six session series on Wednesdays from 12:30 PM to 1 PM starting on 9/22/2021 and ending on 10/27/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all six sessions (9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20 & 10/27) when you register for the first session.
