Road To Relaxation

An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until November 5, 2019
Offered in partnership with the OSU Stress Management & Resiliency Training (S.M.A.R.T.) Lab and the OSU Health Coaching Team, participants will meet weekly for six weeks via webinar to practice relaxation techniques and discuss how breathing and other relaxation exercises can help reduce stress.
In addition to the group meetings, participants can schedule 4-6 individual sessions to practice breathing exercises with the HeartMath biofeedback technology (OSU S.M.A.R.T. Lab). This group webinar series in conjunction with the individual S.M.A.R.T. lab sessions will help increase overall wellness and resiliency!
