Simple Wellness While At Work

Besides sleep, much of our life is spent at work. In fact, on average you’ll spend 13 years of your life working. Because of that it’s no wonder that our work has a big impact on our well-being. If you would like to make some changes, but you’re not sure how to implement these into your work life, join coach Alison in this four week group coaching series. We will discuss simple ways to implement various wellness strategies throughout your workday to help you be successful.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 4/6/2022 and ending on 4/27/2022. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (4/6, 4/13, 4/20 & 4/27) when you register for the first session.
