A three-day mind and body resiliency program Friday (3/9) to Sunday (3/11) offers instruction on multiple breathing techniques to help eliminate stress, increase energy and focus, heighten awareness and expand personal vision. One of the techniques is SKY (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga), a scientifically validated breathing-based meditation with more than 30 peer-reviewed research publications showing its benefits in reducing anxiety, depression and stress, and in increasing optimism and well-being.
