Sleep Well For Wellness!

May is Better Sleep Month! Join health coaches Jessica Hernandez and Amanda Fox to learn how quality sleep is a foundation to all areas of health and wellness. Participants will discuss strategies that can lead to better sleep, and work on setting goals and experimenting with small steps to improve rest and well-being.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:00 PM starting on May 18th and ending on June 8th. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (5/18, 5/25, 6/1 & 6/8) when you register for the first session.
