Find a reset within the chaos of the day by joining us in a gentle practice of breathing, moving, and calming of the mind. This class is designed for all bodies and experience levels. Come as you are and leave a little lighter. Taught by Dr. Damien Wilburn (PhD Biochemistry, RYT 200).
Classes meet every Monday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Check the YP4H Calendar for additional sessions.
Details:
- All levels welcome; no prior experience needed
- First-time participants must sign a liability waiver
- No registration required; space is limited (~15), first-come, first-served
- Move at your own pace; you’re welcome to participate quietly
