Spring Mindset Reset

Spring is usually time for renewal. Taking some time to assess day-to-day routines and mindsets can help us decide what is working and what is not. Join OSU health coach Adam during this series to let go of old mindsets and make room for new ones that will support positive changes in your life. During the four-week series, we will:

  • Discuss modifying our mindsets and take a well-being inventory
  • Discuss how to take care of our body and energy
  • Discuss ways to set intentions and stay motivated with our spring plans

This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 3/07/24 and ending on 3/28/24. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (3/7, 3/14, 3/21 & 3/28) when you register for the first session.
