Squeezing In Resistance Bands During The Day

This seven week spring group health coaching series will help jumpstart your exercise routine before summer. In this series you will learn which bands are right for you, how to use the bands, and will obtain multiple workouts. During this seven week email-based series, the health coaching team will send you a different weekly movement video each Wednesday along with a tracking sheet. Each video will have several new exercises to challenge yourself with. To receive credit for the series, email the completed tracking sheet back within one week.
This is a seven session series on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 8:10 AM starting on 5/11/22 and ending on 6/22/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all seven sessions (5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22) when you register for the first session.
