Starting A Walking / Running Routine

Join OSU health coach Michael for an educational program about starting a running / walking routine. During this 30 minute session, we will:

  • Talk about how to structure a running / walking program for beginners or people who have not been consistent with exercise for awhile
  • Discuss how to select the right running shoes and clothes
  • Discover which foods and drinks can help with exercise
