Join OSU Health Coach Adam Roberts to discuss tips and strategies to help stay motivated and accountable in this four week series to form new habits.
This is a four session series on Wednesday’s from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM starting on 01/12/22 and ending on 02/02/21. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/12, 1/19, 1/26 & 2/2) when you register for the first session starting.
