After an overwhelmingly positive response about our Stay Calm and Well Webinar Series, Buckeye Wellness in the Office of the Chief Wellness Officer is excited to present Stay Calm and Well Part IV. We hope this new series will lead you into the warmer months by guiding you in continuing to build healthy lifestyle behaviors and practicing resiliency in your daily life.

University Chief Wellness Officer Bernadette Melnyk, PhD, APRN-CNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN and her Buckeye Wellness team, the College of Nursing, Your Plan for Health, the Ohio State Health Plan, Ohio State Employee Assistance Program and Student Life created the series, “Staying Calm and Well in the Midst of the COVID-19 Storm” in April 2020 to help our community cope with and stay well during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nearly a year later, the series is continuing to positively impact people in our Ohio State community and across the world!

We live in an ever-changing, ever-surprising world. It is critical that we establish more healthy habits and develop skills to cope with these changes. Stay Calm and Well Part IV has a wide variety of practical evidence-based tactics in all sessions meant to help improve your overall health and well-being. As we begin to transition into the spring and summer months, we hope these tactics will help you and your family continue to stay safe and cope in healthy ways.

Earn 2,000 YP4H points by attending five out of six sessions and completing the post-evaluation surveys. Below is the class schedule:
