As COVID-19 vaccination rates continue to increase along with other health measures remaining effective, our traditional campus experience with engaging classroom learning, community events and opportunities to rejuvenate will return after extended time at home.
This six-part series, brought to you by the Chief Wellness Officer and Buckeye Wellness, will focus on strategies and best practices to help you rejuvenate and refresh after a difficult 18 months. We are all in need of some much needed rejuvenation and reactivation of our traditional campus life. We invite you to join us for this series as self-care is absolutely necessary for our mental health and to give us the capacity set a healthy example for our colleagues, family and friends as we strive to reach our optimal health, well-being and productivity.
Presenters will include the Chief Wellness Officer, the Ohio State Health Plan, Ohio State Employee Assistance Program and Office of Student Life. A terrific line-up is in store, with timely and important topics to help you restore and live your best life!
Ohio State University faculty and staff can earn 2,000 YP4H points by attending five out of six webinars and completing the post-evaluation surveys and knowledge checks. Below is the class schedule:
