Staying Active At Home & Work

It can be hard to stay physically active when demands at work and home are high. However, finding ways to fit in movement and limit sedentary time is important to stay healthy and fight off chronic disease.
Join OSU health coach Alison for an educational program about ways to fit in physical activity throughout your day. During this 30 minute session, we will:
- Review recommendations for physical activity and an active lifestyle
- Discuss benefits of moving more
- Learn about ideas to create more time and opportunities for physical activity at work or home
