Grab a co-worker and meet the OSU Heath Coaches at various stations along the Buckeye Path To Wellness. This is a great opportunity to get in some steps during the workday. If you are participating in the Hike the Inca Trail with YP4H challenge you can get approximately 4,000 steps if you complete the 2 miles!

Arrive to start the walk at any station between 11am-1pm. Prior to the event, we will send all registered participants more information with a participation consent form. Please bring the signed consent with you to any of the check in points.

This event is open to all fitness levels and can be performed at your own pace. Health Coaches will be available at various stations to work with participants to ensure the best results. Please be sure to bring a water to stay hydrated!
