Stepping Strong: Strategies For Maintaining Mobility & Balance As We Age

As we age, maintaining mobility becomes crucial for overall health, independence, and quality of life. Mobility encompasses our ability to move freely, perform daily tasks, and stay active. In this group health coaching series, we will explore common mobility challenges, how risk factors such as gait, balance, and physical strength can impact our mobility, as well as strategies to enhance function now and prevent deficits in the future.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 9/11/24 and ending on 10/2/24. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (9/11, 9/18, 9/25 & 10/2) when you register for the first session.
