Stopping Your Winter Wellness Slump

Join OSU health coach Adam Roberts for a two-week (four session) series about building a balanced wellness routine during the winter season. During the 30-minute sessions, we will:
- Build winter wellness goals
- Strategize about breaking through seasonal obstacles
- Create a proper action plan for success
This is a four session series on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm starting on 12/03/25 and ending on 12/12/25. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (12/3, 12/5, 12/10 & 12/12) when you register for the first session.
