An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 25, 2019
Join OSU Health Coaches Adam and Bonnie for an introduction to resistance band training session. This physical activity series will be for 20-minutes on Wednesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Resistance Training can help to improve bone density and muscle tone. Each week we will meet at 700 Ackerman in conference room 2101.
