Join this workshop to learn how to respond to stress in your work and life. Discover the power you have to make choices about how you think of stressful events, people, relationships and circumstance. Discover ways to enhance your self-care routine. Participants will experience a short guided relaxation exercise. Learn how your own thinking can change and how you can begin to see things from a different perspective.
