Stretch Flow Yoga

To celebrate National Hospital Week and the tremendous work to care for others, we are providing opportunities to honor the importance of self-care.

All are welcome to join our OSU Health Coach Michael for a 20 minute flow of gentle stretching. We will explore yoga poses in a chair to promote flexibility, breathing, and stress reduction.
