STRONG Boot Camp Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 6:15 am on Wednesday, repeating until June 26, 2019
STRONG by Zumba® syncs high intensity cardio and conditioning moves to music to create an optimal total body HIIT workout. The music and movements in this class are specifically designed to make you work harder and push past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster.
Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn. This class is designed for participants looking to increase their intensity levels of training, maximize workout benefits and see faster real results from their efforts.
