Build strength, agility, focus and awareness through this ancient practice of mindful movement. This form of Tai Chi has high kicks, low lunges and big range of motion movements that will lengthen and strengthen your body. The slow meditative movements regulate the nervous system, easing one into rest and digest! This creates space for inner stillness, a quieter mind and a happy heart.
