Tai Chi 64

February 26 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Event Series Event Series (See All)

This is a hybrid class with in-person or virtual practice taught by Diane Brogan Habash with assistance from Tamar Sorin.

Build strength, agility, focus, and awareness through this ancient practice of mindful movement. This form of Tai Chi has high kicks, low lunges, and big range of motion movements that will lengthen and strengthen your body. The slow meditative movements regulate the nervous system, easing one into rest and digest! This creates space for inner stillness, a quieter mind, and a happy heart.

Note: If this is your first experience with Tai Chi, we recommend taking our Tai Chi for Balance class as an introduction (a hybrid class on Wednesday evenings from 5:00-6:00pm).
