The Road To Relaxation: Practice Skills In Person

An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Thursday, repeating until March 14, 2019
Join us for a unique offering to help manage stress and build resilience. Offered in partnership with the OSU Stress Management & Resiliency Training (S.M.A.R.T.) Lab and the OSU Health Coaching Team. Participants will meet weekly in person with Dr. Paul Granello and OSU Health Coach Manager Laura Peterson for 6 group sessions to practice relaxation techniques. In addition to the group meetings, you can schedule 4-6 individual sessions to practice breathing exercises with the HeartMath biomedical feedback technology (OSU S.M.A.R.T. Lab). This group webinar series in conjunction with the individual S.M.A.R.T. lab sessions will help increase overall wellness and resiliency!
