Join Carol Smathers, MS, MPH for a 30 minute webinar to explore ways to feed nutritious foods to your kids on a limited budget. Learn about the USDA’s report on affording healthy foods at various budget levels.
Carol Smathers, MS, MPH, is an Associate Professor at Ohio State University and serves as a state-level Extension Field Specialist in Youth Nutrition and Wellness. Her research and teaching focus on community-level health promotion and obesity prevention interventions. Since 2018 her household grocery budget has been $1.50 per meal per person.
