The Whole You: 10 Ways To Well-Being

Join OSU health coaches Amanda Fox and Bonnie Castro for a six-week series about exploring the dimensions of wellness. Exploring these diverse dimensions can help you find new ways to reduce stress, boost your energy, and improve health and well-being. By the end, you’ll create a personalized, holistic vision with goals to guide your wellness journey forward throughout 2025!

During the 30-minute sessions, we will:

  • Define the ten dimensions of wellness and assess your satisfaction in each
  • Practice skills, reflect on ideas, and review resources as a group
  • Pull your learning together into a holistic, actionable plan

This is a six-session series on Thursdays from 12:30PM to 1:00PM starting on 01/09/2025 and ending on 02/13/2025. You will be automatically enrolled for all 6 sessions (1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6 & 2/13) when you register for the first session.
