Total Strength - Your Plan for Health

In 45 minutes, participants make use of dumbbells and bodyweight to challenge and strengthen all the major muscles of the body. Compound exercises are used to activate as many muscle groups as possible and raise the heart rate to provide cardiovascular benefit, burn calories and improve balance and coordination.
Recommended equipment: a set of medium (5 to 8 lb) and heavy (10 to 12 lb) dumbells.
This event is sponsored by Buckeye Wellness and is open to all faculty, staff, students and family members over the age of 18. If you have not already filled out a waiver form for any Buckeye Wellness Group Fitness class, please do so here before attending class.
