Turning Your Resolutions Into Habits

Join OSU Health Coach, Michael for the group health coaching series “Turning Your Resolutions into Habits.” During this 4 week series, we will:
- Set realistic goals for the new year
- Identify barriers that are preventing goals from sticking
- Discuss ways to increase motivation and strategies to maintain it
This is a four session series on Mondays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 1/9/2023 and ending on 2/6/2023. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/9, 1/23, 1/30 & 2/6) when you register for the first session.
