Upper Body Band Workout

Join OSU health coach Alison for a physical activity program about using resistance bands for upper body exercise. During this 30 minute session, we will:

  • Understand the benefits of using resistance bands for strength training exercise.
  • Learn and perform upper body resistance band exercises for your upper body muscles.

This session will build with other offerings throughout the year to end with a full body workout you can do with a resistance band.
