Vinyasa Yoga - Your Plan for Health

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday, repeating until May 18, 2020
This all levels yoga class will flow through a series of alignment-based poses designed to strengthen the body and energize the mind. By focusing on breath, participants will gain awareness of body and mind connection and leave invigorated for the work week ahead. Please bring your own mat and water as these will not be provided.
This event is sponsored by Buckeye Wellness and is open to all faculty, staff, students and family members over the age of 18. If you have not already filled out a waiver form for any Buckeye Wellness Group Fitness class, please do so here before attending class.
