Vinyasa Yoga

Get your morning flowing with a powerful Vinyasa flow! This class will flow through a series of movements and postures as you connect your breath to movement. It is appropriate for all levels and pose modifications will be provided. Props (e.g., blocks, straps) are not needed but are always encouraged.

This event is sponsored by Buckeye Wellness and is open to all faculty, staff, students and family members over the age of 18. If you have not already filled out a waiver form for any Buckeye Wellness Group Fitness class, please do so here before attending class.

Requests made at least two weeks in advance will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
