Weight Lifting Basics

Are you afraid to start lifting weights or not sure where to start? Join OSU Health Coach Adam Roberts for an introduction to weight training. Adam will help you become more familiar with easy-to-do resistance exercises. We will also discuss tips to do exercises safely and use equipment properly.
