Weight Lifting For Life

People may have a love/hate relationship with weight training but it’s very important especially as we age. It is one thing that should be in everyone’s routine and this in depth look will show you why. Join Coach Adam weekly June 3rd through the 24th to learn how to get a long list of benefits from this type of training that is important for every age group.
This is a four session series on Fridays from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM starting on 06/03/22 and ending on 06/24/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (6/3, 6/10, 6/17 & 6/24) when you register for the first session.
