Have you been on your weight loss journey and have been doing everything right, but it seems like you are not making progress? Or, are you overwhelmed with weight loss advice and aren’t sure where to start? Weight loss can involve more than just diet and exercise. Join OSU Health Coaches Amanda and Bonnie to learn about other considerations that could be your key to weight loss plan.
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM starting on 4/15/2020 and ending on 5/6/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (4/15, 4/22, 4/29 & 5/6) when you register for the first session.
