Weight Loss: Looking Beyond Diet & Exercise

Have you been on a weight loss journey and have been doing everything right, but it seems like you are not making progress? Join OSU health coach Bonnie for a Group Health Coaching series to review barriers that could be affecting your plan. We will:
- Create an effective weight loss plan
- Understand how stress can influence weight
- Review mindful strategies and support
- Explore additional considerations that can could be impacting your plan
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12:00PM to 12:45PM starting on 01/12/2023 and ending on 02/02/2023. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/12, 1/19, 1/26 & 2/2) when you register for the first session.
