Welcome To Weight Lifting

People may have a love hate relationship with weight training but it’s very important especially as we age. It is one thing that should be in everyone’s routine and this in depth look will show you why. Join OSU health coach Adam weekly October 17th through November 7th to learn how to get started and put together a resistance program.

This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM starting on 10/24/23 and ending on 11/14/23. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (10/24, 10/31, 11/7 & 11/14) when you register for the first session.
