Discovering and embracing wellness can have significant benefits especially as we age. During this group health coaching series, we will discuss the aging process as well as how you might explore and set goals around different dimensions of wellness to help you thrive with each passing year.
This is a four session series on Mondays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 11/16/2020 and ending on 11/30/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (11/16, 11/23, 11/30 & 12/7) when you register for the first session.
