Join Health Coach Michael as we discuss new topics every other month during the lunch time hour.
March 14th: Finding and Keeping Your Motivation:
- We can’t always count on “Motivation Monday” to get us going. How do we carry the energy forward and keep it moving when we’re in slump? We’ll discuss tips to help you get motivated and keep your goals fresh in your mind throughout the year!
May 9th: Exercise Band Demo:
- Join Health Coach Michael as we walk through a total body workout using resistance bands.
July 11th: Deep Breathing / Chair Yoga:
- Work and life pressures can become very demanding. Join Health Coach Michael as we de-stress by learning the art of deep breathing and walk through a relaxing chair yoga session.
Sept 12th : Obtaining Healthy Habits with Shift Work:
- Working long hours and back to back days came become very tedious. During this session, we will talk about tips and habits that will help increase your energy and productivity.
Nov 14th : Healthy Eating Around the Holidays:
- For many, the holidays are the most wonderful (but least healthy) times of the year. The holidays are a time to enjoy friends, family, and food. You can enjoy all 3 without additional weight gain. Learn how to practice healthy eating around the holidays with us during this time.
