Join Health Coach Sarah for a 4-week Group Health Coaching series starting on April 4th at 12:30pm to explore why macronutrients may matter more than calories. We will learn the basics about the carbohydrates, proteins and fats that make up all of our calories and learn some ideas to start thinking about an alternative approach to making food choices!
